Come smile, have fun, and re-connect with your playful self in this hula-hooping workshop for beginners.
Hooping, or hoopdance, is a joyful way to exercise, meditate, and play while energizing and improving every aspect of your being! In this workshop you will be introduced to the skill of spinning with an adult size, weighted hoop. We will balance out our twirling with a few mini-asana yoga sequences designed to complement our hoop practice.
No experience is necessary. All that is required is an open mind and the willingness to laugh, have fun, and feel amazing in a lighthearted and playful environment! Come play with us!
We will have hoops and yoga mats available for class use, or bring your own. Don't forget your water! We will be working up a sweat!
Please wear comfortable, non slippery clothing with as much exposed skin as possible. Tank tops, cotton shorts or pants are ideal.
